User Data Deletion

MotorLink Hub provides a self-service process for deleting personal account data and a support process for requests that involve shared organization or agency workspaces.
Delete Your MotorLink Hub Account
- Log in to MotorLink Hub.
- Open My Account.
- Locate Delete User Data.
- Enter DELETE in the confirmation field.
- Select Delete my user data.
This process removes personal profile fields, anonymizes the login identity, removes organization and agency memberships and pending access requests, deactivates the account, and signs the user out.
Disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or Threads
Before deleting an account, an organization or agency owner or administrator can open Configuration, choose Social Media Connections, and remove the applicable connection. Removing a connection deletes MotorLink Hub's stored authorization for that connected account and prevents future publishing through it.
You may also remove MotorLink Hub from the connected platform's authorized apps or business integrations settings. Removing access on the platform prevents the associated token from being used again.
Shared Workspace Data
Campaigns, projects, contacts, assets, reports, scheduled content, and other records may belong to a shared organization or agency rather than an individual login. Deleting a personal account does not automatically delete records owned by that shared workspace.
Workspace owners or administrators should remove records through the available application controls. Requests involving an entire organization, agency, or shared integration should be submitted for review.
Request Deletion Assistance
If you cannot access your account, need help removing a social integration, or need deletion reviewed for a shared workspace, use the MotorLink Hub contact form. Select Support or Other and include the account email address, organization or agency name, connected platform, and a clear description of the data you want removed.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or other secrets in the request. MotorLink Hub may ask for additional information to verify identity and authority before processing a request.
Retention and Confirmation
Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. For more information, review the Privacy Policy.
