Terms of Service
Last updated July 3, 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to Motorlink Hub, a web-based CRM, marketing planning, social scheduling, asset, email, project, and workflow platform for automotive businesses, agencies, creators, and related teams.
Accounts and Workspaces
Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and using the workspace roles assigned to them appropriately. Organization and agency owners or administrators are responsible for user invitations, access approvals, role assignments, and workspace configuration.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Motorlink Hub to violate laws, infringe rights, send unauthorized or deceptive communications, upload malicious content, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape or disrupt the service, or publish content through connected platforms without proper authority.
User Content and Integrations
You retain ownership of content you upload, draft, schedule, or send through the service. You grant Motorlink Hub permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. Third-party integrations, including social platforms, payment processors, email services, and CAPTCHA providers, are also governed by their own terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions, usage limits, add-ons, and billing operations may be handled through Stripe or another payment provider. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for reviewing plan limits and payment details before purchasing or changing a subscription.
Service Availability
Motorlink Hub is provided on an operationally reasonable basis. We may update, suspend, or change features as the product evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific social platform behavior, campaign results, lead volume, revenue, or third-party API availability.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as-is and as-available to the fullest extent permitted by law. Motorlink Hub is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, fails to pay applicable fees, or misuses the service. Workspace data may be retained or deleted according to operational, legal, and backup requirements.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of Motorlink Hub after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
